Don't know if you remember me, but you built a house for me (Lucy) and Rick five years ago in the Ramble Ridge Subdivision of Garden Ridge. Over the last week, our home has been tested in a way I never would have expected... and it became a reliable shelter for my extended family. While no one in this subdivision lost electricity due to rolling outages, the majority of homes here experienced other issues -- frozen and/or ruptured pipes, water heaters and heating units breaking down/leaking, the inability of their homes being able to retain heat (therefore, stressing out their units), etc... We experienced NONE of these things!
Our home was always warm even though we lowered the temp to 65 degrees, our pipes never froze, our water heaters and our units were fine and our main fireplace worked like a charm!

In June 2016, we had a random encounter with Rafael and Joe of Hacienda Homes when we were out searching for property to purchase in Vintage Oaks. By chance, we went into their model home where they were hosting an Open House event. There was a former customer there who explained how Raphael and Joe had done all the custom woodwork which was amazing. What really struck me among all the things that she had raved about was their building ethics and diligence when she said, “They build a home like they are going to live in it!” Those words still ring in my mind when I think of Hacienda Homes. We did purchase a property in Vintage Oaks and they built our home for us in 2018. The insurance inspector remarked that our home was “the best built house he had ever seen” as he marveled over the quality of the workmanship! We too survived the unprecedented ice storm without any issues whatsoever in our home. Our home’s temperature remained constant and comfortable despite the deep freeze temps outside. No pipes froze nor have we experienced the issues of many of our neighbors who have experienced frozen pipes and other issues. I have told many, many friends about Hacienda Custom Homes. This family reminds me of my father who also built custom homes in Mississippi. My father was a master carpenter and he specialized in woodworking and furniture. Hacienda builds the highest quality homes that I have experienced.
